By downloading, installing, or using Clap to Find Phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
Clap to Find Phone is a utility application that uses your device's microphone to detect clap and whistle sounds, triggering an audible alarm, flashlight, and/or vibration to help you locate your phone. The app also includes an anti-theft feature that alerts you if your phone is moved.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Android device that you own or control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeziLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of device, or any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
The app uses background services for continuous detection. While optimized for battery efficiency, continuous use may impact battery life. You can stop detection at any time through the app.
We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or comply with new platform requirements. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
